The Rules of Conduct serve as a rulebook for all interactions that take place on Everskies. Please refer to this page if you’re not sure whether or not your content is allowed.
Everskies reserves the right to revise the Rules of Conduct at any given time and by using Everskies, you are agreeing to be bound by our current Rules of Conduct.
While investigating a report, we keep in mind:
For confidentiality reasons, we cannot share details about reports, other users, or the decisions we make. However, users will receive information related to actions or decisions affecting their own account.
The rules apply everywhere on the app/site. This includes but is not limited to:
How can I appeal my mute/ban?
If you would like to appeal your ban on Everskies you can do so here: support.everskies.com
You are welcome to submit multiple appeals for your ban or mute. However, once a final decision has been made on your appeal, further appeals will not be accepted. Please ensure your appeal includes a clear and detailed explanation of what happened, why it happened, and what has changed since, as incomplete, vague and AI-generated statements will be rejected.
Abuse of the appeal system and/or staff will cause an in-game offense.
Heads-up: A heads-up is issued on a first-offense basis when a user has broken a less severe rule in the Rules of Conduct. A heads-up serves as more of a reminder to follow the Rules of Conduct, and is less severe than a warning.
Warning: A warning is issued to users who have broken any Terms of Service or Rules of Conduct rules. The warning system consists of three strikes. Once you have received three warnings in total, your account will be banned.
Mute: A mute puts the user under a temporary restriction of social activities. If you are muted, you cannot post or comment on the following but not limited to:
You will still be able to use the site’s other features such as using and buying from the shop, using the wardrobe, creating magazines, customizing profiles, or playing games.
Permanent Ban: A permanent ban is reserved for users who have broken the rules repeatedly or have exhibited extreme behavior (e.g. minor endangerment, doxxing, blackmail, etc.) These actions are in serious violation of the Rules of Conduct. Once you are banned, you cannot use your account anymore or create new/alternate accounts.
Please also note that joking about any points in the Rules of Conduct will still result in disciplinary action being taken.
To use Everskies, you need to be at least 13 years old. Any accounts we find that do not meet the age requirement will have their access removed.
If you’re over 18 then you can choose to interact in our mature section, or to opt-in of joining any 18 plus clubs in your Everskies settings. The 18 plus selection in clubs is for discussing mature topics that would be otherwise unsuitable for clubs open to all users. Age indicators in the mature section are not necessary. Some 18+ clubs may require them, and it is up to the owner of the club to make those rules, not Everskies.
Lying about your age to gain access to the 18+ sections of the site will result in a ban.
