Does anyone know how to fix/bypass the exchange limit error? I am out of stardust, I have plenty of stars though. I just want to be able to buy clothes again :(

I have tried different browsers, Apps, and devices.
I have also messaged support and they said "its a known issue"

Any advice is welcome
