So I've been driving myself up the wall, trying to figure out how to code something like this! I would ask the creator but she's busy- BUT I read in her blog that this club helped her learn how to code so I'm hopeful that this will do me some justice!

Anyways I want to know how she turned the tv png (outline of tv) Into a some-what working tv!

The little buttons at the bottom change the "channels" and when you hover over the screen it fades into static!

If anyone knows how to do this/where I should go to learn how to do this? (Specifically) let me know please!
